Wholesale Policies

Thank you for your interest in carrying Sarah K. Benning products! The following policies are intended to create a smooth and supportive wholesale experience for all of us.

Ordering

  • Opening order minimum: $270

  • Reorder minimum: $90

  • Orders may be placed through directly through sarahkbenning.com or an invoice can be generated. If you would prefer an invoice, please email info@sarahkbenning.com subject line “Wholesale Invoice”

  • Products are sold in case packs of 10 unless otherwise noted.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due in full prior to production and shipment unless otherwise arranged.

  • Accepted payment methods: Payments are processed through Squarespace unless otherwise arranged

  • Maryland sales tax will be applied where required unless a valid resale certificate is provided.

Shipping

  • Orders typically ship within 5-15 business days. This is a tiny (one person!) operation, components are ordered in small quantities, and products are made-to-order to reduce waste.

  • Shipping within the US is included. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout or invoiced separately.

  • Customers will receive tracking information via email once orders ship. Orders ship via USPS priority mail, signature required unless otherwise requested.

  • Sarah K. Benning is not responsible for carrier delays once packages are in transit.

Backorders

  • If an item is temporarily out of stock, retailers will be contacted regarding estimated restock timing and available options.

Packaging & Display

  • All PEEL. STICK. STITCH. products are thoughtfully packaged for easy retail display. Hangs tabs may be requested in the checkout process.

  • Packaging materials are recyclable and/or compostable whenever possible.

  • Products must be sold in original packaging and may not be repackaged or altered without permission.

Online Sales

  • Approved retailers are welcome to sell products through their own brick-and-mortar and online shops.

  • Products may not be sold on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, Temu, or similar platforms without prior written approval.

Pricing

  • Retailers agree to respect suggested retail pricing to help maintain brand consistency and product value.

Returns & Damages

  • Please inspect shipments upon arrival.

  • Any damages, shortages, or order issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

  • Wholesale orders are generally non-returnable; however, customer satisfaction is important and concerns will always be addressed thoughtfully.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

  • All designs, artwork, photography, and written content remain the intellectual property of Sarah K. Benning.

  • Products, patterns, and imagery may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for manufacturing purposes without written permission.

  • Products may be photographed for online shop listings, online advertising, or social media posting.

Termination/Access Restriction

Sarah K. Benning Arts reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you andSarah K. Benning Arts as a result of this agreement or use of the Site.

 

Changes to Terms

Sarah K. Benning Arts reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to change the Terms under which wholesale products are offered. Any changed will be communicated with retailers via email before they go into effect. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions.
